To help ensure consistency across all channels, please follow these branding rules when promoting Yellow Owl Workshop:
1. Brand Name Usage
Always write Yellow Owl Workshop in full (not acronyms or abbreviations)
Do not alter the spelling, spacing, or punctuation
Never use the brand name in misleading ways (e.g. “official discount site”)
2. Logo and Product Images
Only use official logos and product images provided in our Dropbox media kit
Do not crop, recolor, or add overlays to logos or product photography
Lifestyle images may be resized or cropped as needed, but should not be distorted or edited beyond light formatting
3. Tone of Voice
Match our brand tone: warm, clever, visual, and design-forward
Avoid overly commercial or salesy copy — think editorial, not infomercial
Suggested terms: artful, bold, playful, colorful, original, expressive
Avoid: bargain, cheap, lowest price, “deal” language, coupon-style headlines
4. Prohibited Uses
Do not use Yellow Owl Workshop logos or images in any paid search ads or coupon-based promotions
Do not place our assets on coupon, cashback, or browser extension sites
Do not impersonate our brand in display URLs, domain names, or search ads
