We do not allow trademark+ bidding, this includes language such as “Canopy promo code”, “Canopy coupon”, or any variation of. Any affiliate found doing this will have sales associated with this practice reversed and set to zero.

Special Instructions for Search Marketing Publishers 

Search Policy: We do not allow trademark bidding on GetCanopy.co or any misspelling or derivative. Affiliates are prohibited from using our display URL www.getcanopy.co in any ad on any network. This includes all URLs listed under our "Prohibited SEM Display URL Content" in this policy. NOTE: Any publisher found violating our search policy will have sales associated with this practice reversed.

 

Toolbar Policy:

Notify Canopy of the toolbars being used. - Stand down when it recognizes any publisher links - The software does not automatically drop cookies - Other publisher’s cookies are not being overwritten - The DSA does not repeatedly ask the user to "click here to earn points" - The sign to opt in is not larger than the sign to opt out. - It easily installs & uninstalls - The software doesn't significantly change the end user's browsing experience

 

 

 

FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS

You must include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement. If you received the product for free from us or from the affiliate management team for review, this also must be clearly stated in your disclosure. 

Disclosures must be made at the beginning of the claims and may not appear solely in a “Terms of Use”, “Legal”, “About Us” or other linked page. 

Disclosures should be placed above the fold; scrolling should not be necessary to find the disclosure. (e.g. disclosure should be visible before the jump).

Pop-up, hover state and button disclosures are prohibited. 

Disclosure policy applies to all social media, even when space is restricted (e.g., tweets)

Disclosures should be made in the same medium as the claim (e.g. video, text)
