SWAIR Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and have an active website, blog, email list, or social media presence that aligns with SWAIR’s brand and values.
We reserve the right to reject or remove affiliates that do not align with our clean beauty standards or community guidelines.
2. Commission & Payment
Affiliates earn a commission on net sales (excluding returns, taxes, and shipping) made through their unique affiliate link or code.
No commission will be paid on refunded or fraudulent orders.
3. Promotional Guidelines
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with SWAIR in all promotional content (e.g., “This post contains affiliate links. I may earn a commission if you purchase through my link.”).
Affiliates may not misrepresent SWAIR products or make unapproved claims.
Use of approved product photos, logos, and copy from our affiliate portal is allowed. Custom content must reflect SWAIR’s values and voice.
4. Prohibited Practices
No promotion on coupon/deal sites unless pre-approved by SWAIR.
No use of SWAIR’s name, branded terms, or misspellings in paid search, Google Ads, or social media ads.
No impersonation of the SWAIR brand.
No unsolicited emails or spam.
No unauthorized discounts, giveaways, or bundling with other products.
5. Termination
SWAIR reserves the right to terminate or suspend an affiliate account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, brand misalignment, or inactivity.
Accounts with no sales or activity for 90 days may be deactivated without notice.
6. Changes to Terms
SWAIR may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
