THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND WEDDING WEBSITES (DBA WEDSITES.COM).
BY SUBMITTING THE ONLINE APPLICATION VIA THE AWIN PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW.
1. OverviewThis Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in the WedSites.com Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML linking between your website or promotional channels and the WedSites.com website. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to WedSites.com; “you,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the affiliate.
2. Affiliate Obligations2.1 Enrollment
To begin enrollment, you must submit an application through AWIN. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. We may revoke participation if your site or promotional methods are unsuitable, including but not limited to:
Promoting sexually explicit material
Promoting violence or illegal activities
Promoting discrimination
Infringing on any intellectual property rights
Using “WedSites” or similar variations in your domain
Engaging in unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
Using software that diverts tracking or commissions
Operating as a coupon-only website or directory
2.2 Use of Affiliate Links
You will access creative assets, tracking links, and program details via the AWIN platform. You must use only the HTML and tracking links provided by AWIN to ensure proper attribution.
2.3 Link Placement
We may review your promotional placements and request changes at any time to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
2.4 Site Maintenance
You are responsible for maintaining your website and promotional content. We may monitor your site to ensure compliance.
2.5 Legal Compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including intellectual property laws, disclosure requirements, and advertising regulations.
2.6 Coupon Site Policy (Strict Prohibition)
Coupon, voucher, discount, cashback, and deal-focused websites are not permitted to participate in the WedSites Affiliate Program under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Coupon-only websites
Voucher code directories
Cashback or rebate websites
Browser extensions or plugins that auto-inject coupon codes
Deal-aggregator or discount-hunting platforms
Sites that exist primarily to publish, list, or promote promo codes
WedSites does not issue public coupon codes and does not authorize affiliates to promote discounts.
Any affiliate operating a coupon, discount, or deal-focused site will be:
Declined upon application
Removed immediately if later identified
Subject to commission reversal for any previously tracked transactions
WedSites reserves the right to determine whether an affiliate’s site or promotional activity qualifies as coupon-driven or discount-focused.
2.7 Coupon Use Policy
WedSites does not provide public coupon codes and does not permit affiliates to publish or promote discount codes of any kind.
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Publishing unauthorized or fabricated coupon codes
Scraping or displaying expired or incorrect codes
Using coupon-related keywords in SEO or PPC campaigns
Creating landing pages implying the existence of WedSites discounts
Violation may result in:
Commission reversal
Immediate removal from the program
Legal action if damages occur
3. WedSites Rights and ObligationsWe may monitor promotional activity for compliance at any time.
We may terminate your participation immediately for fraud, abuse, or violations.
This Agreement begins upon acceptance into the program and continues until terminated.
4. TerminationEither party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, via email or written notice. Termination occurs immediately upon any breach.
5. ModificationWe may modify the terms of this Agreement at any time. Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance.
6. PaymentCommission tracking and payments are managed by AWIN. Please refer to AWIN’s terms for payment schedules and thresholds.
7. Access to Affiliate InterfaceYou will receive access to the AWIN dashboard to manage your performance, links, and assets.
8. Promotional Restrictions8.1 Prohibited Advertising
You may not engage in:
Spam or unsolicited email
Misrepresenting your identity
Posting unauthorized commercial messages
Misleading, deceptive, or unethical promotions
8.2 PPC Bidding Restrictions
Bidding on WedSites-branded terms (e.g., “WedSites,” “wedsites.com,” misspellings, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
8.3 Lead Form Submission
You may only enter genuine user data into WedSites forms.
8.4 Software Interference
You may not use:
Interstitials
Toolbar add-ons
Browser extensions
Pop-ups or pop-unders
Parasiteware™ or similar mechanisms
Hidden or auto-loading affiliate links
9. Grant of LicensesWe grant a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved logos and creative materials solely for program participation. All goodwill associated with their use benefits WedSites.com.
10. DisclaimerWEDSITES.COM MAKES NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PLATFORM, SERVICES, OR OPERATION OF ITS WEBSITE. WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.
11. Representations and WarrantiesYou represent and warrant that you have the legal authority and rights to enter into this Agreement and to perform under it.
12. Limitations of LiabilityOur total liability arising from the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commissions paid to you.
13. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify and hold WedSites.com harmless from any claims arising from your promotional activities, website, or breach of this Agreement.
14. ConfidentialityAny confidential information shared between parties must remain confidential unless written permission is provided.
15. MiscellaneousYou are an independent contractor — not an employee or agent of WedSites.com.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties.
Invalid provisions will be modified or removed while keeping the Agreement enforceable.
