Participation
To participate in the MECOOL affiliate referral program, the affiliate registration form must be completed and submitted to MECOOL.
All applicants, once approved, are immediately eligible to participate in the MECOOL affiliate referral program. However, such participation is subject to ongoing, periodic review by MECOOL and may be revoked at any time without notice. Participation may be suspended or terminated if we determine ( at our sole discretion )that your site is unsuitable fro the program. Unsuitable sites include those that:
Promote illegal activities
Promote sexually explicit materials
Promote violence
Promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or age
Violate intellectual property rights
Or are otherwise deemed inconsistent with the best interest of MECOOL
This agreement shall apply only to affiliate-owned and managed websites are indicated on the registration form.
Under no circumstances may MECOOL affiliate referral links to be placed on sites not registered with MECOOL.
Not allowed to use domains containing the brand’s name.
Not allowed to use the brand’s name in the subdomain on the publisher’s own domin.
Not allowed to bid on brand’s name (including the misspelling and variations) on Adwords, adCenter,etc.
