The following terms apply for email partners of this program:
- Any email in which a loan or credit product is advertised should be accompanied by the warning:

- The publisher accepts that generated leads may be rejected retrospectively because of budget restrictions.
- The publisher accepts that any last minute refusal of an email shoot does not warrant compensation for loss of income
- The publisher commits to providing the actual email that was sent out to a specific person or email address
- The publisher commits to excluding a certain person or email address from any future shoots upon request of the advertiser
- Legal Guidelines of Buyway for emailing :
- Imperative form is forbidden (eg: “Introduisez rapidement votre demande”).
- The use of the exclamation mark is forbidden (eg: “Cliquez ici pour introduire votre demande!”).
- Any terms that evoke any kind of project (eg: renovations, the acquisition of a car, etc.) can’t be used (because we don’t offer those products right now).
- Anything that may imply that requesting a credit product is a simple, fast and easy thing to do is forbidden (eg: “Demandez votre credit en quelques clicks” or “Demander votre credit: rapide et simple comme bonjour”)
- One may try to incite the customer to request the credit, but may not imply that the credit is already granted (eg: “Vous pouvez simuler/demander votre crédit ici” VS “Vous pouvez obtenir votre crédit ici” or “Obetenez votre crédit ici”).
- If we mention an amount, a percentage (APR/TEAG) or a duration, one must also include a reference to the legal notice on the landing page or the email (eg for an email: Prêt à temperament jusqu’à 20.000 € (1)
