We will evaluate your application and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection Prohibited Sites/VerbiageSites that promote sexually explicit material or violence.Sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, national origin, or physical disability.Sites that promote illegal activities.Sites or verbiage making medical claims in regards to our products/services (ie. the curing or recession of an ailment)SpamAffiliate agrees to not utilize SPAM in promoting The Company. This action will result in the immediate termination of Affiliate account with a cancellation of any pending commissions.PPC Bidding RulesPublishers are prohibited to bid on the following:Branded/trademarked termsDerivatives of branded/trademarked termsBroad-match based on branded/trademarked termsWe do not allow trademark bidding.We allow direct linking.We allow downloadable software partners to join our program.We allow incentivized partners.We allow email marketing. All partners must be Can-SPAM compliant and must contact us prior to running these for suppression lists. Any partner that doesn't reach out first is considered to be in violation of our terms and conditions.
