Thank you for your interest in joining the Land of Pillows Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated via the AWIN Affiliate Network. Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. Eligibility & Enrollment
To participate, affiliates (“you”) must:
Have a valid AWIN account in good standing.
Operate a website, social media presence, or other promotional channel compliant with AWIN’s Code of Conduct and applicable laws.
Accurately represent Land of Pillows products and brand identity.
We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate account at our discretion.
2. Approved Promotional Methods
You may promote Land of Pillows products using:
Banner ads and links provided through AWIN.
Original social media or blog content accurately describing our products.
Email campaigns compliant with CAN-SPAM and AWIN’s promotional standards.
Prohibited methods include:
Coupon, cash-back, or incentive-based traffic without prior written approval.
Paid search bidding on Land of Pillows, LandofPillows.com, or trademark variations.
Misleading, false, or defamatory content.
Direct linking from paid ads to LandofPillows.com.
Violations may result in immediate termination.
3. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are tracked and paid through AWIN according to their reporting and payment schedule.
Fraudulent, canceled, or refunded transactions are not eligible for commission.
We reserve the right to reverse or withhold commissions if transactions are deemed invalid, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
4. Automatic Cancellation for Abuse
We maintain zero tolerance for abuse, manipulation, or unethical conduct.
Your affiliate account may be automatically terminated without notice if any of the following occur:
Use of unauthorized discount codes or referral links.
Self-referrals, fake leads, or artificial traffic.
Misrepresentation of affiliation or impersonation of Land of Pillows.
Use of spam, bots, or deceptive advertising practices.
Upon termination:
All pending commissions will be voided.
Any outstanding balance due to fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
We may notify AWIN to restrict future participation in our or related programs.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
Land of Pillows reserves the right to dispute or reverse any AWIN-tracked commission if:
A sale was canceled, refunded, or charged back.
The lead or conversion was generated via prohibited methods.
There is evidence of policy abuse, brand damage, or click manipulation.
In such cases, Land of Pillows will initiate a dispute through AWIN and reverse all affected transactions.
Any affiliate found filing false or retaliatory charge disputes or interfering with AWIN’s billing or arbitration process will be permanently banned and reported for policy violation.
6. Use of Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved images, logos, and product descriptions provided via AWIN.
All Land of Pillows branding remains the property of Land of Pillows LLC and may not be altered, resold, or misused without written permission.
7. Compliance
You must comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:
The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guidelines.
AWIN’s Code of Conduct.
GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CCPA where applicable.
Disclosures must be clearly visible (“#ad”, “#affiliate”, or similar).
8. Program Changes
Land of Pillows reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, including commission rates, terms, or promotional materials.
Continued participation after notice of modification constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
All tracking, commission calculation, and payments are governed by AWIN’s systems and policies.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of [Your State], United States.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively within that jurisdiction.
