As a publisher in the smarTrike Affiliate Program, you’ll earn up to an 8% commission on each online product purchase

POLICY
SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SEPTEMBER 2020)
Description:
A customer places an order on the US site (www.smarTrike.com)
Referral Period:
30 days
Number of Occurrences:
Unlimited
Locking Method:
Standard Actions will be locked after the 10th of the month following the month after the transaction was made.
Commission:
Up to 8% on the final price of the item (including any applied discounts)
TERMS
Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords:
Without prior written authorization, Publishers may not conduct any search engine marketing, including but not limited to paid search campaigns. Publishers without written search authorization are required to negative match smarTrike’s trademarked terms within their own SEM campaigns. Trademark terms include, but are not limited to: smarTrike, smarTrike.com, Smart Trike, smarTrike, and any variation or mis-spellings.
Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Display URL Content:
Publishers may not use, register, or seek to register any trademark, service mark, or domain name that contains the words “smarTrike” or any variation or misspellings, or that is in any way confusingly similar to "smarTrike" or proprietary brands.
Search Campaigns - Direct Linking:

Affiliate links - Affiliates are only allowed to use referral links pulled from smarTrike account on ShareASale. The Affiliate is not authorized to modify or alter the Referral Links or the cookies in any way. smarTrike is not responsible for any tracking or reporting errors that may result from any modifications to the Referral Link or the cookies.
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site URL Keywords:
Publishers cannot use any negative terms that could be viewed as defaming of smarTrike or any of their associated brands
Web Site - Prohibited Web Site Content:
Causing or enabling any Transactions to be made that are not in good faith, including, but not limited to, by means of any device, program, robot, Iframes, hidden frames, JavaScript popup windows and redirects; diluting, blurring or tarnishing, in any manner, the value of smarTrike’s trademarks, trade names, and/or service marks
Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites:
Operation of a Publisher Website or e-mail Link to Websites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or that offer illegal goods or services, or link to a Website that is engaged in any of these types of activity.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites:
All logos and banners should come from the ShareASale.com Affiliate Account Manager unless otherwise advised
Sub-Affiliates:
Not allowed
Coupons and Promotional Codes:
Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. Amount of affiliate fee will be based on the final cost of the product at checkout.
PPC Bidding (Keyword Bid):
Bing: PPC bidding not allowed from Bing
Blogs: PPC bidding allowed from blogs
Google: PPC bidding not allowed from Google
Newsletters: PPC bidding allowed from newsletters
Online Magazines: PPC bidding allowed from online magazines
Social Networks: PPC bidding allowed from social networks (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
Fraudulent activity - In the event of any activity deemed suspicious by smarTrike, smarTrike may delay the payment of Affiliate Fees by up to 6 calendar months to verify the relevant transactions. smarTrike reserves the right to recalculate, void, or disqualify any referrals or Affiliate Fees in the event of any fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise illegal activity.
The Affiliate will be solely responsible for its own marketing activities. All marketing activities must be professional and in full compliance with all applicable laws.
smarTrike may, without prior notice, require the Affiliate to remove or modify any advertisements in smarTrike sole discretion. Upon termination, the Affiliate will lose access to its Affiliate Dashboard and will forfeit all potential or unpaid Affiliate Fees.
smarTrike may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Affiliate Agreement at any time, with or without notice.
