Welcome to the WUBEN Affiliate Program. By participating in the program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Prohibited Content & Brand Compliance
Published content must not contain any prohibited words, false claims, or any language that infringes on WUBEN’s trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights. Affiliates must not misrepresent WUBEN or its products.
2. No Fake or Unauthorized Brand Representation
No individual or entity may impersonate WUBEN or publish content pretending to be the official brand. Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with WUBEN where required by applicable laws or platform policies.
3. Social Media Content Compliance
All content published on social media platforms (including but not limited to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and Amazon Influencer) must comply with terms 1 and 2 above, as well as each platform’s own advertising and disclosure policies.
4. No Fictitious Coupon or Discount Information
Affiliates must not fabricate or promote fake coupon codes, discounts, or promotions. Any promotional offer shared must be officially provided or approved in writing by WUBEN.
5. Commission Structure
Commission rates are tiered based on affiliate performance level. Higher levels receive higher commissions. The formal commission rules have been announced and published within the Awin program interface. WUBEN reserves the right to adjust commission structures with prior notice.
6. PPC Advertising Rules
Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising must not contain exaggerated claims, counterfeit information, or misleading content. Affiliates may not bid on or use WUBEN branded terms (including misspellings) in a way that implies they are acting as WUBEN. Affiliates may not represent WUBEN in any ad copy.
7. Restrictions on Using WUBEN & wubenlight.com in Ads
Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using the brand name WUBEN or the domain wubenlight.com as display URLs, ad copy, or any clickable advertising element that could mislead users into believing they are interacting with the official brand. Direct linking to wubenlight.com is only permitted via approved affiliate links.
8. No Ad-Injection or Adware Plugins
Affiliates must not use any software, browser plugins, or extensions that inject third-party advertisements, pop-ups, or affiliate redirects without the user’s explicit knowledge or consent. This includes any form of adware, toolbars, or forced redirects.
Enforcement
Violation of any of the above terms may result in immediate suspension from the WUBEN Affiliate Program, forfeiture of pending commissions, and termination of the affiliate relationship without prior notice.
