Commission Structure
Standard Commission: 20% per sale
Performance Bonuses: Eligible for seasonal promotions and tiered rewards.
Cookie Duration
90 days – Earn commission on all valid purchases made within 90 days of a referred click.
Payment
Payments are processed through Awin according to their standard schedule, once the minimum threshold is reached.
Allowed Promotional Methods
Content marketing (blogs, articles, reviews, educational content).
Social media promotion (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Email marketing (only to opted-in lists, compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR).
Paid search campaigns allowed with restrictions (see below).
Prohibited Promotional Methods
No direct linking on PPC campaigns (traffic must land on your content/site first).
No bidding on Cudoo brand keywords or misspellings (e.g., “Cudoo,” “Cudoo courses,” “Cudoo.com”).
No use of unapproved coupon/deal sites.
No unauthorized use of discounts or promo codes.
No spam, forced clicks, or misleading advertising practices.
Brand Guidelines
Affiliates may use approved banners, text links, and creatives available in Awin.
Marketing materials must accurately represent Cudoo offerings—no false claims about pricing, course content, or certifications.
Do not alter Cudoo logos or creatives without written approval.
Program Restrictions
Any violation of these terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of pending commissions.
Cudoo reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
