The Publisher Network will pay the cashback amount due to the Visitor under a transaction within the agreed timeframe
The Publisher Network holds in a separate account from its regular trading accounts all monies payable to Visitors as a result of a Transaction
The Publisher Network will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Advertiser and any of its Group Companies (including their directors, employees, agents or contractors), from and against any claims, costs, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including legal fees) relating to any claims, actions, suits or proceedings arising out of The Publishers breach of this agreement and/or the agreement between The Publisher Network and AWIN, the use of the Advertiser Materials by the Publisher Network and/or the failure of the Publisher Network to pay any cashback due to the Visitors as a result of the Transaction
