Commissions
SNOOZ reserves the right to increase or decrease commission rates from time to time as it sees fit.
Reversals
If a referral customer returns a product or if the referral customer requests a chargeback on the purchase, you will not receive a commission. SNOOZ returns all money to the referral customer, so you must also return your portion of the sale. Because of the 100-day return period for all SNOOZ products, SNOOZ may hold your commission payout for 100 days.
SNOOZ reserves the right to reverse orders due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, disputed charges, and program violations as outlined in these terms and policies.
Coupons
SNOOZ prohibits the use or promise of fake coupons, discounts, or promotions to drive traffic to the SNOOZ website.
SNOOZ reserves the right to deny or reverse commissions for clicks resulting from websites promoting fake coupons, discounts, or promotions. Please reach out to affiliates@getsnooz.com for any questions about coupons.
Buying Ads
You shall not purchase ads that direct to your site(s) or through an affiliate link that could be considered as competing with SNOOZ’s own advertising, including, but not limited to, our branded keywords.
You shall not purchase keywords, domain names, advertising, search terms, or any other identifiers that include the word “SNOOZ,” the names of SNOOZ products or services, or any variations or misspellings thereof, including the word “SNOOZE”.
Social Media
SNOOZ permits you to promote offers on Facebook, Twitter, blogs, discussion forums, and other social media following these general guidelines:
1) You are allowed to post your affiliate links on your own social media.
2) You are NOT allowed from posting your affiliate links on the social media of SNOOZ.
Email
Under no circumstances shall you send commercial electronic mail messages as defined in the Federal spam law, CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (“Act”), with respect to the SNOOZ affiliate program.
SNOOZ reserves the right to collect, withhold, or cancel any and all compensation related to commercial electronic mail messages you send.
You may send transactional or relationship messages as defined in the Act.
