1. PPC Bidding Rule
We do not allow any PPC advertising on our brand/trademark terms and/or any similar keywords. Our brand/trademark terms are as follows:

Josephandstacey tote bag, josephandstacey pleats bag, josephandstacey shoulder bag, josephandstacey backpack, josephandstacey clutch bag, josephandstacey canvas bag, josephandstacey knit bag, josephandstacey wallet, josephandstacey bag accessories
Affiliates using our brand/trademark terms will be removed without notice and all of commissions will be voided for that specific affiliate.
2. Transaction
We only pay commissions for actual ‘monetary’ transactions. No commission will be paid if the transaction was completed via store credits or reward points.
