ACCEPTANCE: Affiliates must apply and be approved to participate in the Masienda affiliate program, have good ranking with AWIN, and be at least 18 years of age. We have the sole discretion of acceptance into the affiliate program. The affiliate agreement may be terminated at any time, and does not constitute employment nor exclusivity by Masienda. BRAND REPRESENTATION Affiliates may not bid on Masienda trademark terms on Google, Bing/Yahoo, or any other search engines including international versions. Affiliates may not include "Official Site" or make representations that your advertisement is from Masienda. Affiliates may not bid on Masienda + "term" on Google, Bing/Yahoo, or any other search engines. Example: Masienda reviews, Masienda discounts, etc. Domain misspellings are not allowed in the display URL on any advertisement including but not limited to masaienda.com, masenda.com, msaienda.com, masanda.com, masiend.com. Adult, Hate or other related sites are not allowed. Any site promoting violence or illegal actions are not allowed. Any site promoting or containing false, deceptive, libelous or defamatory materials are not allowed. Links must be displayed on pre-approved websites or mediums and may not be used in any other non-approved manner including but not limited to digital advertising. Links may not be listed on discount or coupon sites without prior authorization, nor in any manners improperly using the affiliate link in 'black hat' manners.
SALES COMMISSIONS: Sales commissions will only be granted to affiliates through qualified sales made within 15 days of custom link usage. Any returns or sales of products purchased with an affiliate link will be deducted from the total commissions. The 10% affiliate sales revenue is only available on total sales of approved products and items from Masienda.com, including whole kernel corn, masa harina, and masa tools. Gift card purchases, sales tax, and shipping costs are not included as part of affiliate revenue. All payments will be made according to the AWIN payment schedule on or around the 20th of each month, and will not be made directly through Masienda. Affiliate commissions will be tracked and updated through the AWIN platform and should be accessed through the custom affiliate dashboard. If you fail to follow the terms of this agreement, or any other terms set forth by Masienda, your affiliate account with Masienda will be forfeit, as will any rights to unpaid commissions.
