Trademarks – “Maven Safety Shoes” and related marks may be used only for approved promotions. No brand term bidding in PPC.
PPC & Search – Brand bidding is prohibited. No direct linking from ads to our site. Generic keywords allowed if compliant with ad platform rules.
Email & Social – Must comply with spam laws. Tag official social accounts when using our content. No impersonation of our brand.
Prohibited Practices – No misleading claims, offensive content, expired coupons, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or unsafe product portrayals.
Accuracy – Prices and specs must match our website at the time of promotion.
