Caron’s Beach House Affiliate Program – General Terms
Welcome to the Caron’s Beach House Affiliate Program on AWIN. By joining, you agree to the following program terms, which supplement AWIN’s standard network terms.
1. Eligibility & Scope
The program is open to affiliates targeting the United States only.
All content and promotional activity must align with Caron’s Beach House brand identity, including our focus on luxury coastal living, high-design home décor, and aspirational lifestyle content.
2. Commission
Commissions are paid for sales generated through approved affiliate links tracked via AWIN.
Full commission eligibility is reserved for affiliates who follow program rules and brand guidelines.
Commission exclusions include, but are not limited to:
Paid search (PPC) advertising using Caron’s Beach House branded keywords
Coupon or deal aggregator sites
Unauthorized third-party bidding or direct-to-site paid campaigns
3. Marketing Guidelines
Affiliates must adhere to all Caron’s Beach House brand standards, including:
Tone & Voice: Sophisticated, editorial, and lifestyle-focused; avoid discount-driven messaging.
Visual Style: Use only approved imagery; maintain clean, coastal-luxury aesthetics.
Content: Focus on inspirational, aspirational, and editorial-style promotion; do not misrepresent products or pricing.
Prohibited Activity:
PPC bidding on brand or product terms without prior approval
Coupon/deal site promotion
Misleading claims or off-brand messaging
4. Commissionable Activity
Only traffic generated through approved promotional channels will be eligible for commission.
Pre-approved non-branded PPC campaigns may be allowed on a case-by-case basis with reduced commission, subject to prior written approval.
Any violation of the marketing guidelines may result in reversal of commission and/or removal from the program.
5. Compliance
Affiliates must comply with AWIN’s standard network terms and any additional T&Cs outlined here.
Caron’s Beach House reserves the right to review, approve, or reject any content, marketing channel, or affiliate participation to maintain brand integrity and premium positioning.
6. Termination
Caron’s Beach House may terminate an affiliate’s participation at any time for breach of these terms, misuse of brand assets, or marketing that conflicts with the program’s intent or brand identity.
7. Disclaimer
All commissions are subject to AWIN tracking and verification.
Caron’s Beach House makes no guarantees regarding affiliate earnings.
Affiliate Comment / Restrictions
Publishers must ensure that all promotions align with Caron’s Beach House brand values and target audience. Specifically:
- No promotion on adult, tobacco, alcohol, gambling, or other age-restricted content.
- No association with coupon, deal, or discount-heavy sites.
- No paid search (PPC) campaigns on Caron’s Beach House branded keywords without prior written approval.
- Content must maintain a premium, editorial, and lifestyle-focused tone consistent with our luxury coastal identity.
- Affiliates may not misrepresent products, pricing, or promotions.
- All images and content must comply with copyright laws and only use approved Caron’s Beach House assets or licensed imagery.
- Caron’s Beach House reserves the right to review, approve, or remove content or publishers that do not adhere to these standards.
