-Affiliate may not use the Artemis Design Co. trademark or any variation of it for any PPC bidding, unless stated otherwise in writing between the affiliate and Artemis Design Co.
-Affiliate may not bid on any federally registered Trademark's in their PPC strategy. Any competitor brand name or variations thereof as keywords are strictly prohibited.
-Affiliate must submit any copy about the Brand (Artemis Design Co.) to the Brand before publishing on their site for review.
