GOBI Cashmere Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions
1. Enrollment
By submitting an application to join the GOBI Cashmere Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. Approval of applications is at the sole discretion of GOBI Cashmere.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
Promote GOBI Cashmere products in a lawful, professional, and brand-compliant manner.
Use only approved creative assets and product information provided by GOBI Cashmere.
Ensure all promotional activities comply with applicable advertising, marketing, and data protection laws.
Maintain accurate account information and promotional methods.
3. Commissions & Payments
Commissions are earned for qualifying purchases made through your affiliate link.
Commission rates and payment schedules are detailed in your affiliate dashboard.
Payments are made monthly once the minimum payout threshold is met.
Commissions are void for returned or refunded products.
4. Prohibited Activities
Unauthorized use of GOBI Cashmere trademarks, copyrighted materials, or promotional content.
Paid search bidding on GOBI brand terms or use in ads without consent.
Spamming, coupon abuse, cookie stuffing, or other fraudulent activity.
Distribution of content that violates any law or GOBI Cashmere policies.
5. Termination
GOBI Cashmere reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violation of these Terms and Conditions or any activity deemed harmful to the brand.
6. Modification of Terms
GOBI Cashmere may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
GOBI Cashmere is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program.
8. Confidentiality
Affiliates must keep all non-public information regarding GOBI Cashmere confidential and may not disclose it without prior written consent.
