Name Stories Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Name Stories Affiliate Program! We’re excited to partner with creators, influencers, bloggers, and businesses who share our passion for meaningful, personalized gifts. By joining our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
To participate in the Name Stories Affiliate Program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a website, blog, or social media presence with content relevant to our products.
Not engage in any illegal, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn 10% commission on all qualifying sales generated through their unique referral link.
Commissions are based on the net sale amount, excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, or returns.
A sale is considered “qualified” only if the customer makes a purchase within [30 days] of clicking the referral link.
3. Cookie Duration
The referral cookie lasts 30 days from the user's first click.
If the customer returns and purchases within that window, the affiliate will earn commission.
If the customer uses a different affiliate’s link, the most recent referral takes precedence.
4. Payouts
Payouts are made monthly via [PayPal/bank transfer] once the affiliate has reached a minimum balance of $ 50
Payouts are made approximately [15 days] after the end of each month to allow for order verification and returns.
Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment information and for any transaction fees.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates may not:
Use their own referral link to make personal purchases.
Use spam or unsolicited email marketing.
Misrepresent Name Stories products or make false claims.
Bid on Name Stories branded keywords (e.g., “Name Stories,” “namestories.com”) in paid search advertising.
Use coupon or deal sites unless pre-approved.
Violation of these terms may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates may use approved images, banners, and copy provided by Name Stories. All trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of Name Stories and may not be modified.
7. Relationship
The affiliate is an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time with or without cause. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be reviewed and paid if valid under these terms.
9. Modifications
Name Stories reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes are made constitutes agreement to the new terms.
