YOUR SUBMISSION AND PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM ACTS AS CONFIRMATION THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM To participate in the program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older and physically reside in your state of legal residence. Conversion action: Online purchase with processed valid payment Cookie days: 30 day(s). A cookie day is how long a visitor has to purchase after clicking on the ambassador link in order to credit the ambassador. Commission type: 10% flat rate per order. Payments on eligible conversions will be sent to the email address used to register for the program. If another email address is to be used for payment, you must contact us for approval. Personal orders or orders that Nomad Lane deems to be fraudulent are not eligible for commission. Members residing outside of the US will be paid via PayPal and their payments will be converted by PayPal into their local currency. Terms & policy: Affiliate Members may not create social media pages/websites posing as Nomad Lane. Affiliate Members are not credited for commissions when relatives/friends purchase through an offer. Affiliate Members are not allowed to place our link on any inappropriate websites or programs. If done so, affiliate members will be removed immediately, and legal action will be taken. Affiliate Members may not, under any circumstances, claim to be representatives of or employees of Nomad Lane. Affiliate Members must obtain expressed, written consent to use Nomad Lane’s logo on any creative material used to promote their Affiliate Member link. Violations of the aforementioned policies will result in an immediate deactivation of the Affiliate Member account without payment of existing eligible conversions. Affiliate Members are not allowed to refer themselves. There will be no commission given on your own accounts. There is a limit of one commission per referral. If someone clicks the link on your site and places multiple orders via any combination of multiple accounts, email addresses and/or physical mailing addresses, phone numbers etc you will only receive a commission on the first order only. Payment Structure: • Scheduling – Commissions will be paid once a month. For an Affiliate to receive commission, the referred account must remain active for a minimum of 30 days. Thresholds – There is no requirement to reach a certain dollar amount before receiving payment. However, payments will only be made for transactions that have been successfully completed. Orders that are refunded or result in chargebacks will not be paid out. Method – Payments will be paid via PayPal or US Bank Transfer Legal Compliance All affiliates must comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction along with Terms and Conditions set forth by The affiliate platform. This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ex: CAN-SPAM Act), and all other anti-spam laws. Nomad Lane reserves the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and promotional materials provided to you by Nomad Lane or The affiliate platform. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from the affiliate member network.
