PikPerfect Affiliate Agreement (AWIN)
This agreement contains the complete terms and conditions for participation in the PikPerfect Affiliate Program (“Program”). “PikPerfect,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to PikPerfect AG. “Affiliate,” “you,” or “your” refers to the applicant/participant.
1) Program Overview
PikPerfect produces premium custom photo books and luxury wedding albums, shipped worldwide. Customers can choose our concierge-style Done-For-You design service (with unlimited free revisions) or our AI-assisted DIY builder for fast, intelligent layouts with full manual control.
2) Enrollment
Apply via AWIN (search “PikPerfect”) and submit your site(s) and promotional methods. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. PikPerfect may approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.
3) Commission & Eligible Sales
Standard Commission: 15% of Net Sales on qualified, tracked transactions.
Net Sales exclude shipping/handling, taxes, duties, gift wrap/special services, discounts, refunded/charged-back/fraudulent/invalid orders, late fees, and bad-debt write-offs.
Commissions are earned only on orders: (i) tracked by AWIN; (ii) completed and fully paid; and (iii) attributed per Section 4.
Self-purchases via your own links are ineligible.
We may change commission rates/promotions prospectively with notice in AWIN.
4) Attribution, Cookie & Partner Fit (Top-of-Funnel Only)
Attribution model: First-click within the cookie window.
Cookie length: 90 days.
Top-of-Funnel (TOF) partners only. Approved partner types include editorial/review/comparison sites, wedding/family/lifestyle publishers, photography/travel content, and qualified creators (YouTube/social).
Not accepted / not commissioned: coupon/voucher sites, cashback/loyalty/reward programs, browser extensions/toolbars, code-injection or cookie-stuffing technologies, “deal” sub-networks, brand-bid arbitrage, or any partner primarily operating at checkout stage.
De-duplication rules:
First-click from a disallowed partner type does not earn commission.
Subsequent clicks by disallowed partners do not overwrite a valid first-click.
Direct/organic/brand navigation after your valid first-click remains attributed to you within the cookie window unless superseded by another eligible first-click.
5) Tracking, Validation & Locking
Sales are tracked via AWIN using correctly structured tracking links. Proper link implementation is your responsibility.
Word-of-mouth or untracked referrals are not eligible.
Action locking / auto-validation: Pending transactions auto-validate after 30 days (our current setting) and then lock; PikPerfect may reverse transactions before locking for cancellations, returns, fraud, or policy violations. The current locking period shown in your AWIN interface controls if updated.
6) Payment
Payments are made by AWIN according to AWIN’s payment schedule and your payout settings, after validation/locking and provided your account is in good standing.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate payment settings in AWIN. Payment status inquiries should be directed to AWIN Support.
7) Order Fulfillment & Customer Service
PikPerfect handles all order processing, production, shipping, and customer service. Affiliates are not authorized to collect payment, resell, or list PikPerfect products on marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon) unless expressly agreed in writing.
8) Returns & Adjustments
Because our products are custom-made, returns are not standard policy. We fix/replace production or transit-damaged items. In rare cases where we issue a full refund, the corresponding commission will be reversed.
9) Intellectual Property & Creatives
PikPerfect grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use approved logos, banners, product imagery, and copy solely to promote the Program.
Do not alter our marks or imply official partnership/endorsement beyond Program participation.

10) Affiliate Conduct (Prohibited Practices)
Grounds for immediate suspension/termination and commission reversal include, without limitation:
Operating as or working with coupon/voucher, cashback/loyalty/reward, browser extensions/toolbars, code-injection, or similar last-mile tactics.
Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware/spyware, traffic hijacking, or other deceptive practices.
Using “PikPerfect” (or misspellings/variants) in domains, subdomains, or social handles; implying official affiliation without written consent.
Publishing unapproved coupons or “coupon stacking.”
Misrepresentation, false claims, or content that infringes third-party rights or violates laws/regulations (including privacy and advertising standards).
Collecting or processing personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA).
11) Paid Search & Brand Terms
Brand bidding is prohibited. Do not bid on “PikPerfect,” our trademarks, misspellings, or variations, including in ad copy, keywords, or display URLs.
All PPC traffic must land on a page you own and operate (unless we provide a custom landing page for you).
Use generic terms only; do not impersonate PikPerfect.
12) Publicity & Communications
Do not issue press releases or public statements about PikPerfect or this Program without prior written approval. For approvals/requests, email marketing@pikperfect.com.
13) Term & Termination
This Agreement begins upon our AWIN acceptance of your application and continues until terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon notice via AWIN or email. Upon termination, you must immediately remove PikPerfect links, marks, and materials. You are eligible only for validated commissions on qualified sales occurring before termination (subject to reversals).
14) Modification
We may modify this Agreement (including commission structure, cookie window, locking period, and policies) prospectively at any time by updating AWIN Program terms. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
15) Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer
We make no warranties regarding the Program, tracking, or PikPerfect.com, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
16) Independent Contractors
The parties are independent contractors. Nothing herein creates a partnership, agency, joint venture, or employment relationship.
17) Governing Law & Venue
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue shall be the competent courts in Zurich, Switzerland.
