Commission Rates:

You may print this page for your records. This is a legal agreement between you and Tampon Tribe. By submitting the online application, you agree that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and agree to be legally responsible for each term and condition.
1. Overview
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to you becoming an affiliate in Tampon Tribe’s Affiliate Program. The purpose of this Agreement is to allow HTML linking between your website and Tampon Tribe’s website.
Throughout this Agreement:
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tampon Tribe.
“You,” “your,” and “yours” refer to the affiliate.
2. Affiliate Obligations
2.1 Enrollment
To begin the enrollment process, complete and submit the online application at ShareASale.com. We may reject your application at our sole discretion, including if your site:
Promotes sexually explicit materials
Promotes violence
Promotes discrimination (based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age)
Promotes illegal activities
Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
Contains “Tampon Tribe” or variations/misspellings in its domain name
Is otherwise unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or objectionable
Contains software downloads that could divert commission from other affiliates
Resembles or is designed to appear as Tampon Tribe’s website in a misleading way
2.2 Affiliate Access
As a member, you will have access to the Affiliate Account Manager to:
Review program details and newsletters
Download HTML code for links and banners
Browse and get tracking codes for coupons and deals
You must use the HTML code provided for accurate tracking.
2.3–2.6 Compliance and Maintenance
We may review your link placements and request changes.
You are responsible for maintaining and updating your site.
You must comply with all applicable laws and intellectual property rules.
Follow FTC endorsement guidelines, clearly disclosing relationships with Tampon Tribe.
3. Tampon Tribe Rights and Obligations
We may monitor your site for compliance.
We may terminate your participation at any time, without notice, for any reason.
This Agreement begins upon acceptance of your application and continues until terminated.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time, with or without cause, by written notice (email, mail, or fax). Breach of this Agreement results in immediate termination.
5. Modification
We may modify terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by ShareASale.com. Please review their payment terms.
7. Access to Affiliate Account Interface
You will create a password to access ShareASale’s secure portal for reports and commission tracking.
8. Promotion Restrictions
8.1 Advertising
Spamming is prohibited.
No misleading identity or contact information.
You may promote to existing customers/subscribers (must offer opt-out).
All promotions must clearly represent you as independent from Tampon Tribe.
8.2 Trademark Restrictions
You may not:
Use “Tampon Tribe,” “TamponTribe.com,” or variations in keyword bidding, meta tags, hidden text, source code, or domain names.
Bid on confusingly similar terms.
8.3 Cybersquatting
Cybersquatting or typosquatting on trademark-related domains will result in termination and commission reversal.
8.4 Unauthorized Links/Coupons
Only use affiliate links/coupons provided via ShareASale. Unauthorized use may result in commission forfeiture and termination.
9. Grant of Licenses
We grant you a nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to:
Access our site via HTML links as per this Agreement
Use our logos, trade names, and trademarks in connection with such links
You must use them only as authorized and in good standing with the program.
10. Disclaimer
TamponTribe.com makes no warranties regarding service, website, or products, and is not liable for interruptions or errors.
11. Representations and Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
This Agreement is legally binding.
You have the authority to enter into it.
You have the rights to grant licenses specified herein.
12. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. Our total liability will not exceed the total commissions paid to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Tampon Tribe against claims or damages arising from trademark infringement, misrepresentation, or issues related to your site.
14. Confidentiality
Confidential information must not be disclosed or used without written permission.
15. Miscellaneous
You are an independent contractor.
Neither party may assign rights without consent (except in acquisition).
Amendments must be in writing.
This is the entire agreement.
Invalid provisions will be limited to the minimum extent necessary.
