Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before joining or promoting the AUXITO program. These terms are written in clear language to ensure transparency and mutual understanding.
Website Restrictions
Participating websites must not:
Infringe on AUXITO’s or any third party’s intellectual property, publicity rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights.
Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or advertising platform rules.
Contain threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content, or anything harmful to minors.
Host or distribute viruses, malware, or any technology that attempts to access or interfere with users' data or systems.
Use unauthorized technologies such as cookie stuffing or commission hijacking to divert or manipulate affiliate tracking.
Promotion & Advertising Guidelines
By joining the AUXITO affiliate program, you agree to the following rules:
✅ Allowed Behavior
Promote AUXITO products using factual, ethical, and non-deceptive content.
Use only approved marketing materials (images, videos, product descriptions, etc.) provided or authorized by AUXITO.
Ensure compliance with all local advertising laws and partner platform policies.
❌ Prohibited Behavior
Bidding on AUXITO brand-related keywords is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
Auxito
Auxito LED
Auxito Headlight Bulbs
Auxito H11
Auxito 9005
Auxito Fog Lights
Auxito Car Lights
Auxito Official
Auxito Bulbs
Auxito Lighting
Any intentional misspellings or variations (e.g., Auxit0, Auxlto)
Do not use AUXITO brand keywords in:
Google Ads, Bing Ads, or any paid search campaigns
Broad match, phrase match, exact match, or dynamic keyword insertion
Exceptions in negative keywords or retargeting campaigns
Do not promote unauthorized stores, unofficial sales channels, or use fake reviews/testimonials.
Do not make exaggerated claims about brightness, certifications, compatibility, or lifetime that deviate from official specifications.
Violation & Termination
AUXITO reserves the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the program at any time if any of the above terms are violated. Your continued participation confirms your acceptance of these rules.
