Forevermissed.com. reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. forevermissed.com. has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application, or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.
1] COMMISSION GENERATION You are only eligible to earn commission on sales of qualifying products or qualifying actions occurring during the term of this agreement. You will earn commission based on the net price, less any coupon or customer discounts, of qualifying products and/or on net new number of qualified actions, according to the current published rates established by forevermissed.com. and communicated to you upon acceptance of this agreement. Commission regulation rules are subject to change.
2] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphic and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify you.
3] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to www.forevermissed.com. as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel,or name of www.forevermissed.com. or any variations our name are prohibited.
4] If you are enrolled in our Program and your Website promotes coupon codes, you must adhere to our Coupon Guidelines as follows:
You may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are provided to you through the affiliate program. Coupons must be displayed in their entirety with the full offer, valid expiration date and code. ForeverMissed may occasionally offer coupon to select Affiliates or to its potential customers. If the Affiliate is not pre-approved / assigned a branded coupon, then they are not allowed to promote the coupon. Below are the terms that apply for any Affiliate who is considering the promotion of our products in relation to a deal or coupon:
(i) Affiliates may not use non-existent or fabricated coupons to promote ForeverMissed.
(ii) Affiliates may not “poach” existing ForeverMissed customers by advertising false discounts or non-existent coupons or promotions to place Affiliate cookie on visitor’s browser to “hijack” referrals or sales.
(iii) Affiliates may not use misleading text on affiliate links, buttons or images to imply that anything besides currently authorized deals to the specific Affiliate.
(iv) Affiliates may not bid on ForeverMissed Coupons, ForeverMissed Discounts or other phrases implying coupons are available. This includes, but not limited to: ForeverMissed deal, ForeverMissed voucher, ForeverMissed code, ForeverMissed discount, ForeverMissed coupon, ForeverMissed.com, ForeverMissed.io, ForeverMissed io, ForeverMissed, Forever Missed.
(v) Affiliates may not generate pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unseen actions that set affiliate cookies unless the user has expressed a clear and explicit interest in activating a specific savings by clicking on a clearly marked link, button or image for that particular coupon or deal. Your link must send the visitor to the ForeverMissed site.
(vi) User must be able to see coupon/deal/savings information and details before an affiliate cookie is set (i.e. “click here to see coupons and open a window to merchant site” is NOT allowed).
(vii) Affiliate sites may not have “Click for (or to see) Deal/Coupon” or any variation, when there are no coupons or deals available, and the click opens the merchant site or sets a cookie. Affiliates with such text on the merchant landing page will be removed from the program immediately.
(viii) ForeverMissed reserves the right to cancel any coupon related sales and/or cancel commissions resulting from coupon “poaching” practice described above.
5] FTC DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS You shall include a disclosure statement within any and all pages, blog/posts, or social media posts where affiliate links for our affiliate program are posted as an endorsement or review, and where it is not clear that the link is a paid advertisement. This disclosure statement should be clear and concise, stating that we are compensating you for your review or endorsement.
