5. Prohibited Promotional Methods
To protect our brand and comply with industry standards, the following are strictly prohibited:
Paid search (PPC) bidding on brand terms or variations (e.g., “Calm by Wellness”, “Calm CBD”)
Direct linking from paid ads to our website
Use of false claims or misleading language
Impersonating the brand or using fake social accounts
Incentivized traffic (cashback, rewards) without approval
Promoting to minors or unverified audiences
Use of unauthorized discounts or codes

9. Commission Reversals & Invalid Transactions
Commission may be reversed or declined under the following conditions:
Orders that are cancelled, refunded, or returned
Duplicate, fraudulent, or self-referrals
Violations of these terms or advertising guidelines
Use of unapproved or expired coupon codes
10. Removal from Program
We reserve the right to suspend or remove any affiliate from the program at our discretion, especially in the case of:
Fraudulent behavior
Trademark infringement
Promotion using unapproved methods
Misleading or non-compliant content
