Sales Tax
We will collect and report sales tax for the state you are located if you are in a state that considers Affiliate Marketers a Nexus. In order for us to collect this tax, you must inform us that you are located in an affiliate nexus state. At this time we know Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Minnesota, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Rhode Island all require collection. We have registrations with some but not all these states, you are located in any of these states or another state that considers affiliates a nexus you are required to inform us.
- No affiliate may offer coupons, discounts, kickbacks or packages that reduce the ultimate sales price below MAP. MAP is $199.99
- No PPC for trademarks KARE, Near-ear, ChairSpeaker, ChairSpeakers, Chair Speaker, Chair Speakers
- No SEO tactics for trademarks KARE, Near-ear, ChairSpeaker, ChairSpeakers
- No TM+ (plus) SEO or PPC
Coupon Compliance
- You may only advertise coupons that have been expressively given to you for your use.
- All coupon programs must be approved
