1. Acceptance & Governing Terms
By applying to the Hometown Apparel Affiliate Program via AWIN, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with AWIN’s master terms (the Access Marketing Agreement) and these additional Hometown Apparel-specific terms. This agreement becomes effective once your application is accepted. 
2. Program Overview & Eligibility
• Commission: 15% per Approved Transaction, as tracked and paid by AWIN.
• Eligible affiliates: bloggers and social media influencers in lifestyle, local culture, gift, or apparel niches.
• Prohibited: coupon-only sites, sites using unauthorized or unprofessional coupon sources.
3. Promotion & Coupon Guidelines
Only promote coupon codes officially provided through AWIN or Hometown Apparel’s public site. Using codes from customer emails, paid search, or internal campaigns is strictly prohibited and may result in removal or commission reversal. 
4. Intellectual Property
You may use Hometown Apparel branding and creatives provided via AWIN, solely to promote products. All trademarks and banners remain the property of Hometown Apparel. 
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause. Immediate termination may occur for policy violations, including coupon misuse or IP misuse. Affiliates will only earn commission for sales made before termination. 
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation after posting changes constitutes your acceptance.
