By completing the signup form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to our affiliate program's terms and conditions.
Joining the Program
By filling out the signup form and upon acceptance, you will become an affiliate, bound by the terms of this agreement. Your role in the program is to legally promote our websites and earn commissions on products purchased by individuals you refer.
Affiliate Responsibilities
As an affiliate, you are expected to introduce our products to your audience while adhering to all relevant laws, including those governing email marketing and anti-spam regulations. We reserve the right to accept or reject any referred customers. You will receive a commission per customer who uses your affiliate code, following the payment schedule. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, and you will only be eligible for commissions during your approved affiliate status. Program policies and procedures may change at any time.
Affiliate Relationship
The affiliate relationship is that of independent contractors. We will not be responsible for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from this program. Our total liability will not exceed the total referral fees paid or owed to you. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and are not responsible for any resulting interruptions or errors.
Revocation of Affiliate Status
Your affiliate status may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to:
Taking website codes from our website and posting them as discount coupons ( if this happens we will drop commissions to 2%)
Inappropriate advertising (false claims, misleading links)
Illegal spamming (mass emails, newsgroup postings, etc.)
Advertising on sites promoting illegal activities
Violation of intellectual property rights
Poor performance in generating links or referrals to Tucann.com
Affiliate Links
You are permitted to use graphic and text links on your website and in emails. Offline promotion, such as in magazines or newspapers, is also allowed. You may use provided graphics and text or create your own, provided they comply with our terms and conditions.
For email campaigns, you must:
Comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
Ensure that emails are sent on your behalf and do not imply they are sent by Tucann.com.
Affiliate Tracking
When a user clicks your affiliate link or uses your custom coupon code, a cookie is placed in their browser, and their IP address is logged in our database. If this individual makes a purchase, the system will attribute the sale to you if the cookie is still active or their IP address matches the one logged. Commissions may also be earned on purchases made later, as long as the cookie or IP address is still valid.
Terms of Agreement
These terms begin when you sign up for the affiliate program and end upon termination of your affiliate account. We may modify the terms at any time, and if you find any changes unacceptable, your only recourse is to terminate your account. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Liability
We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (such as loss of revenue or commissions) due to tracking failures, database losses, or any malicious intent toward the program or our website. We do not provide warranties, express or implied, for the affiliate program or the products sold on our site. We also do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the affiliate program or our website.

Linking to Our Website
Upon acceptance into the affiliate program, links will be made available through the affiliate interface. By accepting, you agree to the following:
Use only the linking code or custom discount code provided in the affiliate interface.
Your website will not replicate the look and feel of our website or create the impression that it is part of our website.
You may not engage in cookie stuffing or use false or misleading links on your website.
Redirecting clicks to misrepresent the originating domain is prohibited. Violating this may void current and past commissions.
PPC Guidelines
If you participate in PPC advertising, the following rules apply:
Do not bid on our trademarked terms (Tucann.com) or variations/misspellings.
Do not use our trademarked terms with other keywords.
Do not include our trademarked terms in ad titles, copy, display names, or URLs.
Direct linking from PPC ads to our website is prohibited.
Coupon Guidelines
For affiliates promoting coupon codes:
Only use coupon codes provided through the affiliate program.
Do not post instructions on how to bypass coupon restrictions.
Coupons must display the full offer, valid expiration date, and code.
Do not use coupon codes from non-affiliate sources like customer emails or paid search.
Domain Names
Using any of our trademarked terms in your domain or sub-domain is strictly prohibited.
Social Media
Promotion on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram is allowed, provided:
You may promote offers to your own audience, using affiliate links or custom discount codes.
Posting affiliate links or discount codes on Tucann’s official social media pages is prohibited.
