ZALO USA Affiliate Program Agreement
By registering for the ZALO USA Affiliate Program through Awin, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully. Your participation in the program indicates your acceptance of these terms.
1. Commission Structure
The base commission rate is 5% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and returns).
- Affiliates may request higher commission rates; however, such rates are offered only at the sole discretion of ZALO USA LLC and may be granted or withdrawn at any time.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, images, product descriptions, logos, and marketing assets on ZALOUSA.com or provided by ZALO USA LLC are the exclusive property of ZALO USA LLC.
- Affiliates may use approved creative materials (links, banners, and product images) provided through Awin for promotional purposes only.
Any unauthorized use, modification, or distribution of content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
3. Content Guidelines
- Affiliate websites, blogs, or promotional channels must use original content relevant to the sexual wellness and lifestyle industry.
Content must be your own. Sites that republish, plagiarize, or otherwise rely on unoriginal or scraped content may be disqualified.
4. Promotion Methods
Affiliates may promote ZALOUSA.com via:
- - Social media platforms
- - Websites, blogs, and review channels
- - Email newsletters to subscribers (where legally compliant)
Prohibited methods include:
- - Misleading or deceptive advertising
- - Trademark bidding or unauthorized coupon/discount promotions
- - Spam or unsolicited email campaigns
- - Activities that may harm the ZALO USA brand or reputation
5. Order Validity & Chargebacks
Commissions are paid only on valid, completed transactions tracked through Awin.
No commission will be paid on:
- - Refunded, canceled, returned, or fraudulent orders
- - Duplicate transactions
- - Orders not properly tracked by Awin’s system due to ad blockers, cookie restrictions, or similar limitations
6. Representation
Affiliates agree to represent the ZALO USA brand and its group of websites in an honest, professional, and honorable manner.
7. Termination of Account
ZALO USA LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time, at its sole discretion.
Reasons for termination may include violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, reputational harm, or prohibited promotion methods.
In most cases, affiliates will be notified of issues before termination; however, ZALO USA reserves the right to immediate termination in serious cases.
8. Program Modifications
ZALO USA LLC may update or modify this agreement, commission rates, or program rules at any time.
Continued participation in the program after such changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
