1. Our Design Ethos

We design furniture that is quiet, intentional, and built to last. We care deeply about materials, working with natural textures, soft forms, and real craftsmanship. 

We develop products for interior designers, artists, and individuals who care deeply about their environment. Our customers are not seeking fast furniture, and neither are we. We believe furniture should feel personal; every piece tells a story and cultivates a space with intention. We believe in honest design — modern furniture with a mid-century heritage, built to last for generations.

2. Program Value & Reach

Because our pieces are built for longevity rather than mass-consumption, our Average Order Value (AOV) typically exceeds $3,000.

Commission: We offer a flat 1% commission. Given our high-ticket price points, this results in significant individual payouts for our partners.

Regions: We ship to and accept partners from the United States and Canada.

3. Brand Integrity & Creative Standards

How to maintain the visual identity of Eternity Modern:

Branding: Use of outdated logos, low-resolution imagery, or "fast furniture" style marketing is strictly prohibited.

Authorized Assets: Partners must only use  imagery provided in the Awin Creative Bank.

Required Updates: If we refresh our visual assets, partners must update their sites within 7 days to ensure the brand image remains consistent.

Aesthetic Alignment: Your website must not mirror our "look and feel" in a way that confuses customers, nor may you "frame" our site to appear as your own.

4. Search & Promotion Restrictions (No PPC)

To maintain our position in the market, Eternity Modern prohibits all forms of PPC bidding.

Affiliates may not bid on "Eternity Modern," its product names, trademarks, or misspellings.

5. Coupon & Discount Guidelines

We do not participate in "coupon-farming." 

Approved Codes Only: Only advertise codes provided directly through this affiliate interface.

No "Click-to-Reveal": Using technology to hide codes and force a click-through is prohibited.

Accuracy: Coupons must be displayed with the full offer and valid expiration date. You may not advertise codes obtained from non-affiliate channels (e.g., private email offers).

6. Compliance & Professional Conduct

Transparency: All domains using our links must be listed in your Awin profile.

Prohibited Content: We do not partner with sites that contain defamatory, obscene, or infringing material.

Termination: Any violation of these terms—including "cookie stuffing" or manipulating source URLs—will result in immediate removal from the program and voiding of commissions.
