Our affiliates are an important part of our growth and brand story. We value fairness, transparency, and open communication. Please read this agreement carefully—it outlines the terms and conditions of participation in our program.

This agreement governs your participation in the Ellen Lange Inc. Affiliate Program, allowing approved affiliates to promote www.ellenlange.com and earn commissions via tracked links.

“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Ellen Lange Inc.

“You” or “your” refers to the affiliate.

By submitting your online application, you confirm that you have read and accepted all terms.

2.1 Enrolment

Complete the online affiliate application via AWIN.

Approval or rejection of applications is at our discretion.

We may revoke approval if your website or promotional method is found unsuitable.

2.2 Grounds for Rejection

Your site or promotional activity may be rejected or terminated if it:

Promotes sexually explicit, violent, or discriminatory content.

Encourages illegal activities or infringes on intellectual property.

Misuses or imitates the Ellen Lange name, brand, or domain.

Contains offensive, defamatory, or harmful material.

Uses software that diverts or manipulates commission tracking.

2.3 Site Management

You are responsible for maintaining and updating your promotional materials.

We may review placements periodically to ensure brand alignment.

You must comply with all copyright and intellectual property laws.

We may monitor your promotional activity for compliance.

We may request changes or remove your participation if violations occur.

Fraudulent or unethical behaviour will result in immediate termination without payment.

This agreement remains active until terminated by either party.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice (email accepted).
Termination is immediate if you breach any program rule or policy.

Ellen Lange Inc. reserves the right to modify program terms, commission structures, or policies at any time.
Affiliates will be notified by email.
Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Payments and tracking are handled through AWIN.

Review AWIN’s payment policies for thresholds and timing.

Commissions are not paid for cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders.

You will receive secure access to AWIN’s affiliate dashboard to:

View performance and commission reports.

Access links, banners, and creatives.

Manage your tracking and payouts.

8.1 General Rules

Avoid any form of spam or unsolicited marketing.

Clearly represent yourself as an independent affiliate, not as Ellen Lange Inc.

Only send promotional emails to your own subscribers with clear opt-out options.

8.2 PPC Policy

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) bidding on Ellen Lange-branded keywords is prohibited.

Violations will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions.

8.3 Lead Generation

Leads must be genuine and consent-based.

Fake or automated submissions are not allowed.

8.4 Software & Technology Restrictions

Affiliates may not use:

Pop-ups, pop-under, or auto-redirects.

“Parasite ware,” browser extensions, or toolbar-based tracking.

Any software that overwrites tracking cookies or interferes with legitimate affiliate attribution.

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved Ellen Lange trademarks, logos, and marketing assets solely for promotion.

You must follow all brand usage guidelines.

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Ellen Lange Inc.

Ellen Lange Inc. provides its website and program “as is.”
We make no warranties regarding uptime, performance, or accuracy of tracking and are not liable for technical interruptions or data loss.

You affirm that:

You have full legal authority to enter this agreement.

Your promotional methods comply with all applicable laws.

You have the rights to all materials used in your promotions.

Ellen Lange Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or goodwill.
Our total liability shall never exceed the total commissions paid to you under this program.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ellen Lange Inc., its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages resulting from your violation of this agreement or misuse of promotional materials.

All confidential business or technical information shared between parties must remain private and may not be disclosed without written consent.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of Ellen Lange Inc.

This agreement is governed by the laws of New York, USA.

No modification is valid unless signed by both parties.

Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of the remaining terms.
