These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the Nicepage Affiliate Program (“Program”) operated by Artisteer Limited (“Nicepage”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By joining the Program, you agree to these terms.
Program Overview
The Program allows Affiliates to earn commissions by promoting Nicepage products.
The Program is operated through Awin, and by participating, you also agree to Awin’s terms and policies.
Enrollment
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Participation may be revoked at any time.
Commissions
- Affiliates earn up to 20% commission per qualified sale.
- Commissions are tracked and paid via Awin according to their payment schedule.
- Referred accounts must remain active for at least 30 days.
- Self-referrals are prohibited.
- No commissions are paid on refunded, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions.
Acceptable Use
Affiliates must promote Nicepage in a lawful and ethical manner. Prohibited actions include:
- Misleading or false advertising
- Impersonating Nicepage
- Using unauthorized coupons or promotions
- Violating intellectual property rights
Traffic Restrictions
Affiliates must generate genuine, high-quality traffic. Prohibited actions include:
- Spam (email, forums, comments, or mass posting)
- Bot or automated traffic
- Cookie stuffing or forced clicks
- Misleading redirects or hidden links
- Incentivized traffic unless explicitly approved
PPC & Brand Restrictions
- Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising is not allowed without prior written approval
- Bidding on branded keywords (e.g., “Nicepage”) or variations is prohibited
- Registering domains or accounts similar to the Nicepage brand is prohibited
Coupons and Deals
- Affiliates may only promote coupons officially provided or approved by Nicepage
- Misleading use of coupon-related language is prohibited
- Users must clearly see the offer before tracking is initiated
Disclosure
Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship according to applicable laws, including FTC and EU/UK advertising rules.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate any Affiliate account at any time.
Violations may result in loss of commissions.
Liability
Nicepage is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages, tracking issues, or system interruptions.
Awin Platform
This Program is operated via Awin.
Tracking, reporting, and payments are handled by Awin.
In case of conflict between these Terms and Awin’s terms, Awin’s terms shall prevail.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.
Acceptance
By joining the Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.
