Affiliates are not permitted to create of offer coupons or discounts of any kind without the signed, express written permission of Founder, Jason Evege.
Affiliates are not permitted to use any competitor name or trademarked brands in any way. The following Trademarked brands are not permitted:

- Brooklinen
- Brook linen
- Matteo
- Magic Linen
- Cultivar
- West Elm
- Sheets
- Brook
- Rough linen
- Linen Shed
- Parachute
- Pottery Barn
- Restoration Hardware
Affiliates are not permitted to make false claims about Linoto products
Affiliates are not permitted to make medical claims about Linoto products
The affiliate and Jargonlab Inc. DBA Linoto are obligated to comply with any local, state, or federal taxation laws and to collect and pay those taxes on a quarterly or annual basis.
Affiliates are not permitted to disclose proprietary information such as textile sourcing, manufacturing techniques, product costs, etc. with users.
