1. Program Overview
This agreement outlines the terms for your participation in the Brooklyn Brew Shop & FarmSteady Affiliate Program. Our program allows approved affiliates to promote our products and earn commission on qualifying sales tracked via the AWIN network.
2. Enrollment & Approval
Enrollment is completed via the AWIN platform.
We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our discretion.
We do not accept affiliates whose content:
Promotes illegal activities, violence, or discrimination.
Contains sexually explicit material.
Infringes on intellectual property rights.
Misrepresents affiliation with our brands.
3. Commission & Payment
Standard commission: 15% commission of net sales (excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts).
Payments are handled through AWIN according to their payment schedule.

4. Promotional Guidelines
You may promote our products through your own website, blog, email lists (opt-in only), and social media. Affiliates may:
Use approved text links, images, and banners provided in AWIN.
Create original content that accurately represents our products.
You may not:
Bid on our brand names (including misspellings or variations) in paid search campaigns.
Use unauthorized coupon codes.
Create websites or accounts impersonating our brands.
Engage in cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or other fraudulent practices.
5. Brand Terms
Brand names covered under these terms include, but are not limited to:
“Brooklyn Brew Shop,” “FarmSteady,” “Brooklyn Brew,” and variations or misspellings.
6. Content Standards
Affiliates must:
Comply with all applicable laws, including FTC disclosure requirements.
Avoid misleading, offensive, or infringing content.
Present our products in a way consistent with our brand values.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for violating these terms or engaging in activity harmful to our brands. Termination will result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions from fraudulent or prohibited activity.
8. Liability & Indemnity
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. By participating, you agree to indemnify Brooklyn Brew Shop & FarmSteady against any claims related to your promotional activity.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time via AWIN. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance.
