Program Terms

IONPACIFIC AFFILIATE PROGRAM — TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Program Overview These terms govern your participation in the IonPacific Affiliate Program ("Program") administered through the AWIN network. By joining the Program, you agree to comply with these terms as well as AWIN's platform policies.

2. Commission Structure

  • Standard commission rate: 12% per confirmed sale
  • Commission is calculated on the net sale amount (excluding tax and shipping)
  • Commissions are subject to a 30-day validation period to account for returns and cancellations
  • No commission is earned on cancelled, returned, or fraudulent orders

3. Cookie Duration

  • Tracking cookie duration: 30 days
  • Commission is awarded on a last-click attribution basis

4. Approved Promotional Methods Publishers may promote IonPacific through:

  • Content/editorial websites and blogs
  • Email marketing (to opt-in lists only)
  • Social media channels
  • Coupon and deal sites
  • Comparison and review sites
  • Paid search (with restrictions — see Section 5)

5. Paid Search Policy

  • Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords including "IonPacific," "ionbox," or any variations
  • Affiliates may not display ads that directly compete with IonPacific's own Google Ads campaigns
  • Generic keyword bidding related to air purifiers, negative ions, and clean air is permitted

6. Prohibited Activities The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

  • Trademark bidding or brand impersonation
  • Cookie stuffing or artificial inflation of clicks/impressions
  • Misleading or false claims about the product
  • Unauthorized use of IonPacific logos, images, or trademarks
  • Spam or unsolicited email marketing
  • Incentivized clicks or purchases without prior written approval
  • Creating fake reviews or testimonials

7. Creative Assets

  • Only use creatives (banners, images, copy) provided through the AWIN platform
  • Do not alter or modify approved creatives without written permission
  • Unauthorized use of IonPacific branding outside of approved assets is prohibited

8. Amazon & Marketplace Policy

  • Affiliates may not use affiliate links to redirect traffic to Amazon, Walmart, or any third-party marketplace listings
  • All affiliate traffic must be directed to ionpacific.com only

9. Program Modifications & Termination

  • IonPacific reserves the right to modify commission rates, cookie duration, or these terms at any time with 7 days notice
  • IonPacific reserves the right to terminate any publisher from the program for violations of these terms without prior notice
  • Publishers may leave the program at any time through the AWIN dashboard

10. Compliance

  • Publishers must comply with all applicable laws including FTC disclosure requirements
  • All content promoting IonPacific must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship (e.g., "This post contains affiliate links")
  • Publishers must comply with GDPR, CCPA, and any applicable data privacy regulations

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
