East Fork Pottery LLC Affiliate Terms & Conditions
These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the East Fork Pottery LLC Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying to and participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
1. Program Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, you must submit a complete and accurate affiliate application via our designated platform. East Fork Pottery LLC reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying purchases made by referred customers using a tracked affiliate link. Full details regarding commission rates, payout thresholds, and payment schedules are available in your affiliate dashboard.
3. Prohibited Activities
Participation in the Program is subject to strict compliance with the following rules. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate suspension or termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Affiliates may not:
Run pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns that target East Fork Pottery LLC brand terms, misspellings, or variations (e.g., “East Fork,” “EastForkPottery.com”) on search engines including Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
Use “East Fork,” “East Fork Pottery,” or any East Fork trademark, slogan, or branded term in the display URL, ad copy, or as a keyword in paid advertisements.
Impersonate East Fork Pottery LLC or falsely imply a business relationship beyond that of a standard affiliate partner.
Engage in deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including false or exaggerated claims about our products or brand.
Use cookie stuffing, pop-ups, pop-unders, or other intrusive methods to generate affiliate clicks.
Place affiliate links on coupon or deal aggregation sites without express permission.
4. Content and Brand Use
Affiliates may only use approved creative materials provided by East Fork Pottery LLC or content that accurately reflects our brand voice and values. Any modification or custom use of our logo, product images, or brand assets must be approved in writing in advance.
5. Compliance with Laws
Affiliates must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures. All posts containing affiliate links must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure (e.g., “I may earn a commission for purchases made through this link”).
6. Termination
East Fork Pottery LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately remove all affiliate links and cease use of East Fork brand materials. Any unpaid commissions earned in violation of this Agreement will be forfeited.
7. Limitation of Liability
East Fork Pottery LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or the Affiliate Program.
8. Modification
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material changes, and continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
