We believe in total fairness and thus implemented some checks and balances in order to prevent overpayment and fraud. We reserve the right to reverse transactions due to order cancellations, duplicate tracking, returns, credit card fraud, disputed charges or violations of this agreement.
1.Terms of SEO and PPC Advertising
(1) We encourage affiliates to use generic keywords like LED headlight, LED light bulbs in their search engine optimization. However, affiliates may not use our trademark name, our domain name or misspellings or variations of these.
(2) You may not use keywords or trademarks –or misspellings or similar alterations of trademarks -either online in the form of PPC ads.
2. How are refund/canceled orders handled?
(1) We might hold the payment / manually approve the commission for certain products or leave them in a pending approval state until the return period expires (45 days return window).
(2) We could adjust commission chargeback for returns in the negative (or positive) such as when the customer returned the product. Adjusting commission will automatically update the commission owed to you.
3.Terms of Coupon Codes & Discount Descriptions
(1) You can ONLY use the coupon codes that are published on the Shareasale.
(2) We don't allow any affiliate to use another's unique code, including other affiliates' exclusive code and Lasfit KOLs' code.
(3) Do not add fraudulent discount descriptions about lasfit in the URL title or anywhere on the site.
(4) You will not receive commissions on orders that do not use coupon codes when you drive traffic through coupon sites.
4.Terms of Sub-affiliate
(1) Sub-affiliate transactions without referring URLs are subject to voids. We must know who is promoting our products and where the traffic is coming from.
(2) Coupon, loyalty and paid search affiliates are prohibited from using sub-affiliate networks to promote Lasfit.
5. Commission Rate
(1) Content based publisher including videos & articles will be applied 8% commission on the money paid (Before Tax)
(2) Coupon code publisher will be given a 0.5% commission
