Affiliates may have no authority to alter any forms of creative contents or text links provided by Graduationmall. Graduationmall reserves the right to withhold the commission when any infringement of the above terms is found. Please get in touch with marketing@graduationmall.com if customized creative contents are requested.
Site Scraping
Affiliates have no right to scrape "www.graduationmall.com" for information.
Pay Per Click Compliance
Affiliates are forbidden to perform any PPC bidding on the brand name in all search engines (including but not limited to Google, Yahoo, Bing, etc). This includes any misspellings or variations of the term "graduationmall". Publishers generating traffic to their own sites must comply with the following terms and conditions:
a. Using the "graduationmall" brand term or any misspellings of variations of the term "graduationmall" in any part of the display URL is strictly not allowed.
b. Using any unauthorized "graduationmall" brand + generic terms (e.g. graduationmall gowns) or extensions of the brand (e.g. USgraduationmall) in any part of the display URL is rigorously prohibited.
c. The "graduationmall" brand term and common misspellings or variations of the term "graduationmall" ought to be added as negative terms to every publisher's paid search campaign.
d. Presenting ads on the competitors' brands of "graduationmall" is not permitted.
e. Commissions will be declined if affiliates breach any part of the foregoing pay per click compliance.
Promotion Codes Policy
a. Affiliates are only permitted to use promotion codes provided to them by "Graduationmall". Any forms of invented or spurious discount/coupon codes shown on the publishers' websites are strictly forbidden.
b. Affiliates must clearly indicate the expiry date of all promotion codes issued by "Graduationmall" on their websites.
