By joining the Maeven Box Affiliate Program through AWIN, you agree to the following branding and promotional guidelines. Non‑compliance may result in declined commissions and/or removal from the program.
Brand Usage
Always use the correct brand name: Maeven Box.
Variations, misspellings, or abbreviations (e.g., “Maven Box,” “Maeven Boxes”) are not permitted.
Affiliates may not register domains, social media handles, or subdomains that include the Maeven Box brand name.
Creative Assets
Only official Maeven Box logos, product images, and banners provided through AWIN or directly by our team may be used.
Logos and creative may not be altered, edited, or combined with other graphics without prior approval.
Content & Messaging
Messaging must be accurate and consistent with Maeven Box’s luxury, chic, and celebratory brand voice.
Affiliates may not make misleading claims or copy website content verbatim without approval.
All promotions must clearly state terms, conditions, and expiration dates.
PPC & Paid Search
Affiliates may not bid on “Maeven Box,” brand variations, or misspellings.
“Maeven Box,” “Maeven,” “Maeven Box coupon,” and related terms must be added to negative keyword lists.
Affiliates may not use the Maeven Box brand name in ad titles, descriptions, or display URLs.
Direct linking from search ads to the Maeven Box website is prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing.
Discounts & Codes
Only discount codes provided by Maeven Box are permitted.
Unauthorized or fabricated discount codes are strictly prohibited.
Email & Social Media
Affiliates may not send emails that appear to be from Maeven Box. All campaigns must clearly identify the affiliate as the sender.
Affiliates may not create social media accounts, pages, or groups that could be mistaken for official Maeven Box channels.
Use of official hashtags requires approval from Maeven Box.
Prohibited Activities
Cookie stuffing, toolbars, browser extensions, or automatic redirects.
Incentivizing clicks with unrelated rewards (e.g., free products unrelated to Maeven Box).
Coupon scraping or unauthorized voucher listings.
Misrepresentation of the Maeven Box brand, products, or promotions.
Program Enforcement
Maeven Box reserves the right to:
Decline commissions for any sales generated through non‑compliant activity.
Suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that breach these terms.
Withhold commissions on fraudulent, duplicate, or ineligible orders.g guidelines. If you do not have branding guidelines, enter 'No branding guidelines'.
