We're discouraging publishers for running paid search campaigns and are rather encouraging Display, Social, Contextual, and other mediums. SEM is not a medium we're looking to receive traffic from our ShareASale partner publishers.
Search Campaigns - Protected SEM Bidding Keywords: Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any trademark term of Mature Driver Tune-Up, including misspellings. This includes but is not limited to: Maturedrivertuneup, maturedrivertuneup.com, maturedrivertune-up.com, mdtuneup, mature driver tune up, and any trademark term variations thereof.
Search Campaigns - Non-Compete SEM Bidding Keywords: mature driver improvement course, mature driver course, defensive driving insurance discount, senior driving course online, mature driver refresher course, mature driver renewal, mature driving course, mature driving class, mature driver course online, mature driver course California.
Affiliates must ensure that their ads do not appear above the following visible URLs in paid search listings: Maturedrivertuneup.com.
Search Campaigns - Prohibited SEM Ad Copy Content: Please do not run SEM campaigns attempting to represent yourself as Maturedrivertuneup.com - We are encouraging publishers not to run an SEM campaign for this program as we already are running SEM campaigns ourselves. We're encouraging publishers to use all other mediums for this affiliate program.

Search Campaigns - Limited Use SEM Display URL Content: Affiliates are prohibited from purchasing or using any display URLs containing the Mature Driver Tune-Up brand name or variants, such as www.maturedrivertuneup.com, etc.
Search Campaigns - Limited Use SEM Ad Copy Content: Ad text must be accurate and consistent with current messaging and offers on the landing page.
Search affiliates using any trademarked term or any variation thereof in their search ad copy (title or description) are prohibited from driving traffic to a competitor’s site unless they are driving traffic to a landing page with a grid comparing competing offers, and Mature Driver Tune-Up is rated as the best offer.
Search affiliates may not use the term “official site” or similar variations in their ad text.

Web Site - Unacceptable Web Sites: All mature content is prohibited from participating.
Web Site - Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites: You may not directly represent yourself as an owner, agent, or employee of Maturedrivertuneup.com.

Coupons and Promotional Codes: Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program. Only discount/coupon codes issued directly to the affiliate (unique vanity codes) are allowed to be promoted. Promoting another affiliate's vanity code or any other code not issued to you is strictly prohibited.
