Due to the fact that The Candleberry Company and UnEarthed Candles must abide by certain rules put in place by Google, Unearthed and The Candleberry Candle Company do not allow affiliation with websites that use techniques disallowed by Google Merchant Center, to gain business.
Due to the fact that The Candleberry Company and UnEarthed Candles have used extensive resources to protect, promote and pay for promotions for all of our trademarks, including fragrance names and category names, we must put the following rule in place. The following rule will protect The Candleberry Company and UnEarthed Candles from paying for any given trademark's promotion twice. See next paragraph:
We do not allow bidding on any PPC forum, on keywords or any arrangement of keywords that are clearly words that generate generic traffic to www.candleberry.com and/or www.unearthedcandles.com. Disallowed Keywords are: Unearthed Candles, Unearthed Luxury Candles, Candleberry Candles, Hot Maple Toddy, Hot Maple Toddy Candles, Kentucky Bourbon, Kentucky Bourbon Candles, The Candleberry Company, Luxury candles by Candleberry, Luxury candles by the Candleberry Company, Unearthed scented candles, or any listed fragrance name or category name on the websites at www.candleberry.com or www.unearthedcandles.com or any variant of those website names. We also do not allow bidding on any PPC forum for bidding on keywords that are the domain names www.candleberry.com, www.unearthedcandles.com or any variation of those domains, including http://, https://, candleberry.com or unearthedcandles.com, nor do we allow bidding on any keyword that is a domain name which redirects to www.candleberry.com or www.unearthedcandles.com or any variation of those domains or variations of the keywords of the re-routing domain names, including the root name or variants http:// or https://. Any pre-mentioned keywords used to generate traffic to a website owned by The Candleberry Company or it's brands, including but not limited to Unearthed Candles, will not result in paid sales commissions or paid referral commissions of any kind and will nullify our Shareasale agreement with that responsible party. If any such traffic is accidentally paid for, all moneys paid for those transactions will be returned to The Candleberry Company, by the responsible party. If those payments are not returned voluntarily and promptly, the appropriate amount(s) will be charged back to the responsible party through Shareasale.com.
Any keywords that are trademarks of The Candleberry Company and/or UnEarthed Candles/ Luxury Candles, as ® or ™ that are not mentioned in this agreement, by name, are assumed a part of this agreement and will be treated as such.
Please ONLY use discount codes uploaded to or listed on shareasale.com. Due to the fact that Candleberry and UnEarthed Candles is offering a 20% commission structure and even greater for affiliates who are performing well, we will not upload discounts of over 10% to our affiliate program. To further explain: Any discount codes NOT listed on our affiliate program at shareasale.com, are not to be promoted by our shareasale.com affiliates. IF discounts not listed and/or over 10% are promoted by our affiliates, sales that occur as a result of those discounts will not pay a commission.
