What promotional types of publishers are allowed to work on your program?
CashbackOnly promote cashback offers from the Punk Design Affiliate Program. Cashback rates may not exceed the program limit and cannot be combined with other discounts. No price manipulation or misleading advertising.
CommunityPromote only in subcultural communities (Reddit, Discord, etc.) and follow platform rules. Content must align with goth/punk culture; no hate speech, violence, or discrimination. No spamming; promotion must be organic and embedded in valuable content.
ContentPromote via blogs, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc., with original, on-brand content. All use of Punk Design trademarks, logos, or imagery requires prior written approval. No false or misleading product reviews; all claims must be genuine.
Coupon CodeOnly promote coupon codes from the Punk Design Affiliate Program or Awin. Maximum discount: 20%. No stacking with other promotions. No misleading language like “exclusive” or “lowest online.”
E-mailComply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other anti-spam laws. Send emails under your own name; do not imply endorsement by Punk Design. Submit all email content for prior written approval.

Media BrokersWork only with pre-vetted, approved traffic sources. Provide full transparency on traffic sources and targeting. Accept audits by Punk Design at any time.
Are there any other restrictions that publishers need to consider?
