Cuffed by Nano LLC’s Affiliate Program’s purpose is to create a platform for advertisers to earn Commissions (“Advertising Fees”) on Qualifying Purchases.
UNACCEPTABLE CONTENT: Advertising platforms that are not acceptable to the Cuffed by Nano LLC Affiliate Program are ones that include any form of:
• Sexually explicit content
• Discriminatory content based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, age, or disability
• Illegal content
• Violate Cuffed by Nano LLC’s proprietary rights
ACCURATE INFORMATION: Advertisers are required to keep their profiles up to date with accurate information regarding their marketing channels. Advertisers will also fulfill any requests for information by Cuffed by Nano to continue to evaluate the advertiser’s eligibility for the program.
LINK TRACKING AND QUALIFYING PURCHASES: Cuffed by Nano will pay advertising fees for purchases made using successful ShareASale links within the tracking window. Cuffed by Nano will not be responsible for paying advertising fees for purchases made outside of the tracking window using ShareASale links. We will also not be responsible for purchases made using unsuccessful ShareASale links.
Cuffed by Nano LLC has the right to terminate its advertisers based on failure to adhere to our acceptable content and accurate information requirements, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Cuffed by Nano LLC at any time .
