Purchases made using coupons receive a smaller commission on sales versus purchases that do not use a coupon.
Sales Tax & Government Regulation

Visha Skincare requires a document and a signature, from each Affiliate that operates in a “nexus” State declaring that they do not perform any solicitation activities in that State that would cause nexus. Any tax liability stemming from Affiliate's non-compliance will be the financial liability of the Affiliate.
