1. Enrollment
To become an affiliate, you must complete the application process via our affiliate platform. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
2. Commissions
- Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links or coupon codes made available through AWIN or Shareasale platforms
- A qualifying purchase is defined as a completed sale, not returned or refunded, made within cookie window defined by AWIN platform.
3. Promotional Guidelines
- Affiliates must only use approved Baggallini creatives, logos, and messaging provided via our platform.
- No false or misleading claims may be made about Baggallini products.
- Affiliates may not use paid search ads that bid on branded terms such as “Baggallini,” “Baggallini bags,” or variations/misspellings.
4. Prohibited Content
Your website, social media, or promotional materials must not contain:
- Offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
- Adult, gambling, or violent material
5. FTC Compliance
Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with Baggallini in compliance with FTC guidelines (e.g., using #ad or “This post contains affiliate links”).
6. Termination
Baggallini reserves the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time for violation of these terms or any activity deemed harmful to the brand.
7. Modification
We may update or change these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
