As an affiliate partner we ask that you please respect the following restrictions to ensure that your efforts to not infringe on Clover Baby and Kids strategies.
1. All affiliate partners shall not bid on branded trademarks that contain any variation of the Clover Baby and Kids brand name.
2. All affiliate partners are not allowed to bid on branded trademarks/keywords that concatenate sale with our branded trademark / keywords.
Coupon & Deal Affiliates
Clover Baby and Kids reserves the right to hand select coupon and deal affiliates. Clover Baby and Kids also will directly correspond with hand selected coupon and deal affiliates and notify what coupons and exclusive offers are available in our affiliate program.
Grounds for Termination:
If affiliates proceed with bidding on branded Clover Baby and Kids keywords and trademarks this will result in immediate termination from the Clover Baby and Kids affiliate program.
