Please read this Agreement carefully before applying to be an Affiliate to the Program. Your application to the program is your acceptance of this Agreement.
We absolutely do not allow ANY TM Bidding. This includes ALL TM + bidding and bidding on our URL, LilleBaby.com, as well as misspellings like Lille Baby, Lillybaby, etc. Any Affiliate found bidding on our TM and/or URL will be immediately terminated from the Program and have all commissions reversed. There are no exceptions.
As of February 2019, our Program will no longer work with websites whose primary business is promoting coupon codes. If you apply with a website that promotes coupon codes, you will be automatically declined.
Your participation in this program is your acceptance of our Agreement. We reserve the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Agreement at any time.
After we receive and review your application, we will notify you of your acceptance or rejection to the Program. We reserve the right to reject any application, however if you feel we have made an incorrect decision, we encourage you to contact us. If we accept your application and your site is later determined – at our sole discretion – to be unsuitable for the Program, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your participation in the Program at any time.
