Please read these terms carefully before joining or marketing our program. We’ve written them in plain language to avoid unnecessary legal jargon. Our goal is to ensure the Big Poppa Smokers Affiliate Program remains sustainable and profitable for both affiliates and Big Poppa Smokers.

“We,” “us,” “our” = Big Poppa Smokers

“You,” “your” = The Affiliate

“Our website” = www.bigpoppasmokers.com

“Your website” = Any site(s) where you promote links to our website

“Program” = The Big Poppa Smokers Affiliate Program

If you participate in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, you must follow these rules:

You may not bid on our trademarked terms (e.g., Big Poppa Smokers, bigpoppasmokers) or variations/misspellings in any ad networks.

You may not use our trademarks (including Big Poppa Seasonings, Granny’s BBQ Sauce, Sweet Money Rub, Desert Gold, Double Secret, Cash Cow, DIY Drum Kits, etc.) in ad titles, ad copy, display names, or display URLs.

No direct linking or redirecting from PPC ads to our website. All PPC ads must land on a valid page of your website.

Our domain (bigpoppasmokers.com) may not be used as your Display URL. Subfolders (e.g., yoursite.com/bigpoppasmokers) are permitted only if they contain exclusively Big Poppa Smokers offers and no competitor offers.

Automated PPC campaigns must exclude our trademarks. Trademark bidding is zero tolerance: violations will result in forfeiture of at least 30 days of commissions and your commission rate will be reset to 0%.

You may not register or use domains containing our trademarks or variations (e.g., bigpoppasmokers-coupons.com).

If you promote coupons, you must:

Only use coupon codes officially provided via the affiliate program.

Show full offers, expiration dates, and codes clearly.

Not encourage workarounds (e.g., for first-time customer offers).

Not scrape or repost coupon codes from emails, ads, or non-affiliate sources.

Not misrepresent sitewide offers (e.g., free shipping) as exclusive coupons.

Affiliates ranking on the first page of Google for “Big Poppa Smokers + coupon” terms or with conversion rates above 25% may receive a reduced commission.

Coupon affiliates may only earn commissions when a valid, authorized coupon code is used. Invalid, expired, or generic “up to % off” offers will not be credited.

You must obtain written approval before publishing any marketing material referencing our Program.

Email marketing must comply with CAN-SPAM, be sent on your behalf (not Big Poppa Smokers), and be pre-approved.

Use of spyware, adware, toolbars, cookie stuffing, or similar technologies is prohibited.

Sub-affiliates must be transparent. Transactions without a referring URL may be voided.

Affiliates must follow FTC guidelines for disclosure:

Clearly state when links are paid/affiliate links.

Disclosures must appear above the fold, near the claim—not hidden or in pop-ups.

For social media: include #ad before posts containing affiliate links.

If you received a product for free, disclose that fact before your review.

Example:
“This product was provided for free, but the review reflects my honest opinion and includes affiliate links.”
