Novadore USA, LLC (Duradry) reserves the right to reject any web site or affiliate if we determine, in our sole discretion and following our review of your site, that your site is unsuitable for any reason, including, but not limited to, inclusion of content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, harassing or otherwise objectionable. Novadore USA, LLC (Duradry) has the right in its sole and absolute discretion to reject your application or to terminate your participation in the program, for any reason.
1] As an Affiliate Program member, we will make available to you a variety of graphics and textual links ("Links" or "Link"), which, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may display as often and in as many areas on your site as you desire. The Links will serve to identify your site as a member of our Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your site to ours.
2] Affiliate will not create a site so that it is confusingly similar to https://www.duradry.com, as determined by our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to sites that mimic or copy the look and feel, or a name of https://www.duradry.com or any variations our name are prohibited.
3] Novadore USA, LLC (Duradry) does not allow competing PPC advertising on Google and Bing/MSN for any term that uses or combines the word “Duradry”
4] Novadore USA, LLC (Duradry) does not allow the use of our website URL(https://www.duradry.com) to be displayed as the URL for PPC ads.
5] Affiliates may not use misleading text on links, banners, buttons, and images or use “click to reveal” language to generate a click to set an affiliate cookie.
6] If affiliate customer order gets canceled then affiliate commission will be revert back. You will get only paid for the valid sale. If you have any questions then you can email us at affiliates@novadore.com.
